Carmen is passionate about learning; however, this wasn't always the case! High School was her place to socialise and not study. If you told her that she would one day voluntarily dedicate years to study, she would have laughed.

This all changed when she started her study journey to become a registered counsellor. She quickly realised how knowledge is power and the ability to apply that knowledge even more so.

​

Alongside working with clients, she wanted to extend that knowledge beyond the four walls of her office. She started creating content ​​for the curious minded and for those who call themselves students of life.

​

Carmen doesn't believe in wallowing in regret however she soon came to see how some lessons learnt earlier can help us navigate life differently. She offers some of those lessons that you wish you learnt in school. 

​

Taking her knowledge as a Counsellor, experience as a Trainer as well as Biblical inspiration she brings a dynamic and practical approach to her content. She has made it her mission to make these lessons accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
