Carmen is passionate about learning; however, this wasn't always the case! High School was her place to socialise and not study. If you told her that she would one day voluntarily dedicate years to study, she would have laughed.

This all changed when she started her study journey to become a registered counsellor. She quickly realised how knowledge is power and the ability to apply that knowledge even more so.

Alongside working with clients, she wanted to share that knowledge beyond the four walls of her office. She started creating content ​​for the curious minded and for those who call themselves students of life.

​

​Taking her knowledge as a Counsellor, experience as a Trainer and Biblical inspiration she brings a dynamic and practical approach to her content. Covering topics of relationships, identity and origin. She has made it her mission to make these lessons accessible and enjoyable.

She is the Founder of Coming Alongside Counselling & Notes for my Brothers.​ In her free time, you will find her cooking, gardening and spending time with loved ones.
